package. Their goal is to simplify the management of customer
sites, reduce overhead costs, and increase the savings for

The good news
They offer lots of features in their control
panel and have a good 'back-end community' with forum and
webmaster resource areas. Much of their site is dedicated
to web utility resources for customers to maintain and grow
their websites. PowWeb manages,
owns, and operates their entire network and equipment. They
also develop hosting software and can offer customers a totally
customized solution.
Their latest special offers and bandwidth/space
allotments are also to drool over, although I would be concerned
with overselling.
The bad news
Customers have complained extensively about
their PHP Scripts, constant MySQL outages, MySQL query caps
and unexpected upgrades to MySQL and PHP. Unfortunately,
their tech response rate is poor, so even though it’s only
costing you $7.77 a month, you’re can be spending many times
that in the time spent getting your website to work properly! |
