The good news
They offer a vast selection of features at a
great rate. iPowerWeb.com values
their customers and remains dedicated to building out their
brand, hosting and hosting related products. iPowerWeb has
one of the ultimate value for money deals out there.
iPowerWeb has
a staggering number of customers, and their reliability is
generally quite good. If you feel safety in numbers, iPowerWeb is
the place to be.
The bad news
Their free promotional tools are not officially
supported, so if you get stuck, or have a question, you’re
on your own. We imagine that for a novice webmaster, this
might prove awkward. Worse, their promotional package is
on a two-week trial only, which you only learn on the date
of expiration! Though they offer live support online, it’s
impossible to get someone on the phone which appears to be
a symptom of IPowerWeb's success
in attracting a gigantic customer base.
Many WHR readers have also reported that iPowerWeb's customer
service leaves much to be desired. However, we look forward
to checking iPowerWeb again
shortly to see if things have significantly improved. If
