They claim that most of their staff originally came from other Web hosting companies, meaning the level of experience within this young company is high.

The good news

InMotion has remained a smaller company that grows more slowly than some other new hosting companies, which allows it to focus more on servicing the level of business it already has. 24 hour support is offered, and supplied. The 30 day money back guarantee is longer than that provided by the majority of hosts on Web-Hosting-Reviewer.com, so they earn extra points for this.

inMotion also receives major points for their new 'Spam Free' e-mail system. While no system is perfect, this addition makes inMotion a tempting choice, as few other Web hosting providers offer this basic (and nowadays, vital) feature.

The bad news

The prices go up quickly at InMotion. While the basic plan is very cheap, the Professional plan doesn't offer much more but is about $20 per month. Domains are offered at $15, higher than the market average. In general, however, things are not too bad, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
